One App to Rule Them All: Simplifying Food Delivery with FoodHub in NYC

This project aims to examine the impact of food aggregator company FoodHub on the New York restaurant industry. With the increasing number of restaurants in the city, many students and busy professionals rely on online food delivery service as a convenient option. FoodHub offers access to multiple restaurants through a single smartphone app, streamlining the food ordering and delivery process. The app allows restaurants to receive direct online orders, assigns delivery personnel to pick up the food, and allows customers to rate their orders. The study analyze the delivery orders for the restaurants and customer satisfaction.
