Description :

The “Adventure Works Cycles” is a fictional global company represents a bicycle manufacturer that sells bicycles and accessories to global markets. Need to design and deliver an end to end business intelligence solution from scratch for clients to track KPIs (sales, revenue , profit , returns ), compare regional performance , analyze product level trends and forecasts , and identify high value customers. All we’ve been given is a folder of raw csv files , containing information about transactions, returns, products, customers and territories.

Tool Used : Power BI

Key Objective of Dashboard:

Use Power BI Desktop to:

1. Connect and transform the raw data.
2. Build a relational data model.
3. Create new calculated columns and DAX measures.
4. Design an interactive report to analyze and visualize the data.

Observation:

1. KPI’s (Monthly Revenue, Orders, Returns) Trend with respect to Goal.
2. Top Product based on orders and profit.
3. Product Profit Trend based on Actual Price and Adjusted Price.
4. Top Customer along with Order and Revenue Information.
