Wholesale Store Orders Data ETL

Project Objective:

In this mini project I implemented the ETL process on a fictional Wholesale Store Orders Dataset for 2021 using Alteryx Designer.

• Extracted data for around 482 Thousand Orders from 4 Excel file data sources for Orders, Customers, Point of Sale (POS) Orders and Return Orders.
• Transformed data to combine orders data while incorporating returned status information and updating Customer Master Data with new customers and updated existing customer details based on new orders.
• Loaded all of the transformed Orders and Customers data in Excel files to be stored long-term in the Data Warehouse for reporting purposes.
