The project is a part of Codebasics Resume Project Challenge #12.

Problem Statement:

AtliQ Motors is an automotive giant from the USA specializing in electric vehicles (EV). In the last 5 years, their market share rose to 25% in electric and hybrid vehicles segment in North America. As a part of their expansion plans, they wanted to launch their bestselling models in India where their market share is less than 2%. I, as a data analyst, needed to conduct a detailed market study of existing EV/Hybrid market in India to provide them strategic insights before moving forward with the launch.

Tools Used: Microsoft Power BI

Dashboard Desciption:

1. Overview: Get a bird's eye view of EV Market in India. Includes comparative analysis, dynamic visuals to identify Top and Bottom Performances by State and Makers, and monthly trends in EV sales.

2. State Analysis: Get a comprehensive analysis of EV Market by each state in India. Includes comparison of key metrics across different states, Top and Bottom N States based on KPIs and projections for 2030.

3. Maker Analysis: Get a comprehensive analysis of EV Market by each maker. Includes comparison of key metrics across different makers, Top and Bottom N Makers based on KPIs and quarterly/ monthly trends in EV sales.

4. Vehicle Category Analysis: Get a comprehensive analysis of EV Market by each vehicle category. Includes comparison of key metrics across different vehicle categories, performance of each category based on KPIs and trends in EV sales for each vehicle category.
