Beginner Excel Dashboard

This project showcases how Excel provides a user-friendly interface for working with data in every phase of the analytics workflow:

1. Formulas & functions for data prep
2. Pivot tables for data analysis
3. Charts & graphs for data visualization

I play the role of an entry-level data analyst for a local toy store, where I’ve been given access to a spreadsheet with ~15,000 sales records for 35 different products.

The task is to transform the raw data into an interactive dashboard to help my manager better understand revenue patterns across product categories, including:

• Weekday vs. weekend revenue
• Monthly trending
• Top products
