In this project, I developed a dynamic CRM Sales Dashboard using Google Sheets to provide Sales Managers with crucial insights into their team's quarterly performance. The project involved several steps:
- Data Preparation: I explored the sales pipeline dataset, performed data QA, and joined it with the sales team data.
- Data Exploration: Using pivot tables, I analyzed quarterly trends, win/loss rates, and individual sales agent performance.
- Dashboard Creation: I visualized key metrics like opportunities won and lost, created scorecards, pie charts, and bar charts, and added slicers to allow for interactive filtering by regional office and manager.
This dashboard is a powerful tool for sales teams to quickly assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
