In this project, I conducted a detailed analysis of house sales data from King County, USA. The project involved multiple stages, including data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and building predictive models. I used various techniques such as linear regression, polynomial transformations, and ridge regression to improve the model's performance. Key findings included the impact of features like 'sqft_living' on house prices, identifying outliers, and employing advanced statistical methods to refine predictions.
