About this project

undefinedBusiness Objective:

Varinda store wants to create an Annual sales report for 2022. So that, Varinda can understand their customers and grow more sales in 2023.

Dataset:

The dataset provided consists of around 31048 records and 18 fields.

For data cleaning , data was pretty clean , only two columns required cleaning , by replacing values. Two more columns have been added to derive useful knowledge easily, "Age Group" and "Months".

3: Orders by Gender and Age

4: Sales by Gender

5: Orders Status

6: Orders by channels

Three slicers have been used to interact with dashboard over different Months, Categories and Channels.

Overall Interpretations:

The Varinda Store has a strong presence among women, especially adults, with Maharashtra being its most significant market. Amazon is the primary channel for sales, while logistics are generally effective, with a high delivery rate. However, there may be opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and further engage male customers and other underperforming demographics
