About this project

The dashboard contains information divided into three segments:

  1. Traveler bookings and ticket sales which gives the forecast of the sales for the Month of May till 30th May. A confidence interval of 95% is considered while forecasting the values and the data of the past 4 months is considered for the same. It also has elements of sales of tickets bought online and bought from Station. Similarly, Information regarding Tickets bought using a Credit card, Debit card, or contactless can also be gained.

  2. The second page gives an idea about the operation of the stations which contains information regarding the number of tickets bought per station and amount of sales per station along with price analysis, which can be seen from the station being divided into 4 quadrants based on Sales and Footfall. The most important information highlights the most traveled path, the time at which the stations are busiest, and the maximum duration it takes to reach the destination. It also has information on the maximum fare and minimum fare per station charged to customers.

  3. The third page covers information regarding the delays that are caused throughout the four months of operations and what are the lead causes along with the amount of refunds that were given and the revenue lost due to it. This page also covers information regarding the station and their most common reason for delay or cancelation of the ticket or journey.
