About this project

The challenge emerged from MavenTech's need for deeper insights into their sales data beyond their CRM system. My objective was to develop a dynamic dashboard to empower the company to effectively monitor their team's performance.

The result is a comprehensive dashboard offering insights into crucial metrics such as revenue, wins, conversion rates, and product performance across different dimensions.

Highlighted features of the dashboard include:

  • Detailed Sales Level Overview
  • Manager Level Overview for precise insights
  • Product Level Overview for in-depth analysis

Key metrics defined cover vital aspects like total revenue, sales funnel analysis, conversion rates, average days to close, and average sales value, along with a breakdown of sales data.
