When I started this challenge, I wanted to have Three Viewpoints
The second part I took the view of a sales agent. As a sales agent I would like to know how I performing and areas I would improve on and sharpen the areas that am performing best.
I would also like to know the number of deals that are still open and their potential sale.
If I am the Manager, I would like to know how my Team is Performing.
I would like to know the Top and Bottom Performing agents & the agents who didn’t perform at all.
As the head of the Managers. I would like to know the Managers Teams that were performing best and what factors that determined their performance.
For instance, the Teams that were mostly at the bottom, I would like to change their agents or add more agents.
