My insights from the data:

Things that are going well for the World Cafe:

• Most ordered category of food: American and Asian
• Most ordered item: Hamburgers
• Highest spending category: Italian

Things that could use some attention for the World Cafe:

• Least ordered category of food: Mexican
• Least ordered item: Chicken tacos
• Least spending category: Asian

My recommendations:

• Work on improving the tastiness of the chicken tacos
• Keep the Italian items as they are, they make the most money!
• Could trial increasing the price on some Asian items because currently it is one of the highest ordered categories but makes the least amount of money on average
