Unveiling the Data Dynamics: MavenTech's Sales Dashboard Revolutionizes Insights!

About this project

As a BI Developer for MavenTech, tasked with making the company more data-driven, I've created an interactive dashboard to help sales managers track team performance using data from the CRM system. With a creation of an interactive dashboard for sales managers to track their team's quarterly performance. Here's a breakdown of the key points from the dashboard:

  • Sale Price vs. Close Value By Sales Agent: Darcel had the highest sale price of $1.5k and a close value of $40k.
  • Revenue Vs Sales Price: Revenue accounted for 80% and sales price for 20%.
  • Gross Profit vs. Close Value: Gross profit showed a consistent increase, while close value fluctuated. Notably, there was a significant increase after a low point, particularly in the case of MG special.
  • Median Sale Price vs. Product: The highest median sale price was for GTK 500 at $26k, and the lowest was for GTX Plus basic at $1k.
  • Sale Price vs. Revenue by Subsidiary: Sonron had a sale price of $42 with revenue of $7k, making it the second-highest in terms of revenue.
  • Revenue vs. Gross Profit: Revenue accounted for 57% while gross profit was 23%.
  • Quarterly Deals by Sales Agent: The highest number of deals occurred in quarters 2 and 3 of both 2023 and 2047.
  • Win vs. Loss: The dashboard indicates that there were 4.3k deals won and 2.5k lost.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Total revenue amounted to $42.17k, cost of goods sold (COGS) was $85.12k, gross profit reached $127.38k, and the close value summed up to $10 million.
