Prioritizing profitability optimization, I meticulously monitor income percentages across diverse channels, offering comprehensive insights into revenue streams. Concurrently, my Marketing Analytics initiative meticulously dissects advertising counts and marketing performance, refining strategies to achieve heightened ROI. Through rigorous analysis and synthesis of intricate datasets, I craft actionable recommendations, optimizing resource allocation and amplifying campaign effectiveness. This holistic approach drives transformative impacts on business performance, solidifying my commitment to driving sustained growth and innovation.

  • Monthly Performance: Target income exhibited a notable increase from $175k in May to $291k in June, followed by a decline to $275k in August. Following August, target income stabilized with consistent performance, indicating potential stabilization of operations.

  • Annual Income: Despite fluctuations in target income, regular income demonstrated a consistent decline. Possible reasons could include market shifts, operational challenges, or changes in consumer behavior.

  • Channel Performance: The B2B channel accounted for 50.81% of total channel performance, showcasing its dominance in revenue generation.**** The B2C channel contributed 40.19% to the overall channel performance, highlighting its significant role in income generation.

  • Annual Performance: Annual income witnessed a recovery trajectory from 2021 onwards, with a minor decline until 2022, followed by a gradual recovery. In 2024, it is poised to reach the same target as in 2020, indicating resilient growth.

  • Marketing Performance: Marketing performance across various channels exhibited fluctuations, suggesting potential challenges in strategy execution or market dynamics.

  • Licensing vs. Printing: Licensing demonstrated the highest performance, generating $3 million in income. Printing performance remained relatively stable over the period, indicating consistent revenue generation but potentially lacking significant growth.

  • Ad Targets: Achieved 99.86% of the targeted ad count, with 729k out of 730k targeted ad counts achieved, showcasing efficient ad management and execution.

  • B2B Channel Operating Cost: B2B channel recorded high operating costs, indicating potential areas for cost optimization or strategic restructuring to improve profitability.
