Analysis of The INC 5000

The dataset was containing a variety of different fields. After making clear our Business Questions we were able to select only the variables which can answer successfully our queries. Moreover, we proceeded to the data cleaning process (Removing duplicates, Converting column types, Removing Blank Values), the next part was data enriching (We created more columns by calculations from other columns in order to answer some of our questions).

Questions set for the Analysis:

1)What's the average revenue among companies on the list? Broken down by industry?

2)Which industries are most represented in the list?

3)Which industries saw the largest average growth rate?

4)Which companies had the largest increase in staff/new hires?

5)Do you notice any interesting geographic trends?

In order to answer our Questions we have created some Pivot tables with the necessary filtering process, we have also created a dashboard in a separate worksheet in order to answer these questions visually as well.
