About this project
The Backstory
One year ago, to prepare for The Eras Tour, I spent a few months creating 22 data visualizations about Taylor Swift's popularity, sound, lyrics and collaborators across her 10 studio albums.
Today, she's more popular than ever with a new album dropping next month, so I'm sharing my analysis once again to hold us over as we count down the days until The Tortured Poets Department.
The Analysis
I used Python to gather the data from the Genius API and Spotify API, I did most of my analysis in Excel and Python, and I created my visualizations using Keynote.
