Power BI HR Analytics Dashboard

Objective: Help an Organization to improve employee performance and employee retention by creating an HR Analytics Dashboard.

Contents: The Dashboard is composed of three filters according to respective departments, i.e.

1)Human Resource

2)Research and Development

3)Sales

The KPI cards in the Dashboard provide information about various aspects of the company like its overall employees, Attrition, Attrition rate, average age, average salary, and years at the company

The Charts in the Dashboard showcase the attrition rate according to various aspects such as,

• Donut Chart : Attrition by Education
• Column Chart : Attrition by Age
• Bar Chart : Attrition by Salary slab
• Line Chart : Attrition by years at company
• Bar Chart : Attrition by Job role.
