About this project

This time I stayed away from a "general insights dashboard" and instead chose to use the 4P Marketing Mix lens (E.J. McCarthy) and went deep in analyzing the data on Price, Place, Product and Promotion. Within this context I focused on finding potential additional Gross Profit and location expansion opportunities to enable the management team to take profitable action.
