About this project

Unearthing employee performance insights and hidden narratives and equipping HR with invaluable information to develop our workforce.

This Report consists of 4 dashboards to offer insights into key attrition metrics, such as attrition by department, job role, age, marital status, and more other insights.

1- The HR Employee Report summarizes employee statistics, including age groups, gender, distance from home, and marital status. It is a valuable resource, providing insights into workforce diversity and commuting patterns to support well-informed decision-making.

2- Turnover Analysis Report 1 provides insights into employee attrition, including departures by department, affected job roles, business travel impact, and the total years in the current role, aiding in workforce management and retention strategies.

3- Turnover Analysis Report 2 consolidates employee data, featuring attrition by job level, overtime performance ratings, monthly income, and attrition increase levels, offering critical insights for effective HR strategies and decision-making.

4- The Employee Wellness Report presents employee data, examining attrition concerning job level, job satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, environment satisfaction, and work-life balance. These insights prove essential for shaping HR strategies and facilitating informed decision-making.

I used Excel and Power BI to build this interactive report and it's dynamically updated when new data is added to the worksheet.
