This Fleet Management data analysis project is designed to offer comprehensive insights through two dashboards.

The Driver Insight dashboard provides key metrics such as Total Drivers, Kilometers Traveled, Fuel Consumed,

Fix and Maintenance costs,

All visually represented on a dynamic line chart with slicer navigation. These metrics are also available in a

detailed table for individual driver analysis.

The Revenue Insight dashboard focuses on Total Revenue, Goods Value, Weight(tons/cubic) and Orders

Delivered.

Customer satisfaction is notably high (98% ordering multiple times).

Geographical revenue distribution highlights the most profitable states, led by West Virginia with $65,078,196,

followed by Oklahoma at $52,038,617, and South Carolina at $39,887,068."

Top3 profitable cities include Bloom, Sandy Lane, and Mineola.
