Job roles are displayed in both: cards and a table for easy reference.

The Details Dashboard delves deeper, presenting insights on job satisfaction, service years, overtime, and

distance from the company.

Notably, the majority express satisfaction, with a significant portion having five years of service.

A substantial 71% avoid overtime, and 64% live in close proximity to the company.

Additionally, the Research & Development Department stands out with the highest number of employees up

for promotion and facing layoffs.

This project sheds light on critical HR metrics, aiding in strategic decision-making for workforce management.
