Analysing AirBnB Listings

The goal of this project is to analyze Airbnb listings data to provide actionable insights to hosts and improve the user experience for guests. By leveraging data visualization techniques in tableau, the project aims to identify patterns, trends, and factors influencing the success of Airbnb listings.

Data Collection:

Obtain the Airbnb listings dataset, which typically includes information such as property details, pricing, location, host information, guest reviews, and booking history.

Create Visualizations:

Developed charts like bar graphs for average price for different bedrooms and in different zip codes and line charts for pricing trends. Utilized map visualizations to show the geographical pricing distribution of listings.

Combine Worksheets into Dashboards:

Combine individual worksheets into interactive dashboards. Arrange the visualizations logically, providing a flow to the dashboard for easy understanding. Provide informative tooltips to explain data points when users hover over visual elements.

Deployment and Sharing
