Data Profession Survey Analysis

1. Data Preparation:

Data Source: Imported survey data into Power BI which is an excel file.

Data Cleaning: Cleaned and transformed the data in the power query editor of PowerBI.

2. Visualization Design:

Overview Dashboard: Create an overview dashboard displaying key metrics and summary information about the survey.

Breakdown by Demographics: Used treemap to allow users to segment data by location.

Charts and Graphs: Used clustered bar chart to represent the average salary of various data professionals and stacked bar chart to represent the count of various data professionals and their favourite programming language. Used donut chart to see how difficult it was for them to break into data and gauges to see how happy are they with their current role and work life balance.
