Most people using AI at work have experienced the same frustration: you write a prompt, get something close but not quite right, adjust, try again, and eventually settle for output that's good enough. The back-and-forth adds up, and the results are inconsistent.
In this session, you'll get hands-on practice with the BRIDGE framework — a structured approach to writing prompts that gives AI the context it needs to do the job well. You'll start with a real business problem, build prompts step by step using each element of the framework, and leave with a reusable prompting checklist you can apply the next time you sit down to work with AI.
What you'll learn
Structure your thinking before asking AI for help
Knowing what you actually need — before you write the prompt — is what separates a focused request from a vague one that produces vague results.
Craft prompts using the BRIDGE framework to get more effective AI outputs
Each element of BRIDGE gives AI a piece of information it needs to succeed; this session shows you how to put them together on a real problem.
Identify when each BRIDGE element is needed and when a simple prompt is enough
Not every task needs a fully structured prompt — knowing when to use the framework and when to keep it short saves time without sacrificing quality.
Build reusable prompt templates you can improve over time
A good template compounds — the more you use and refine it, the faster and more reliably it works on similar tasks.
Who should join this workshop?
Business professionals who use AI regularly but get inconsistent results and want a more reliable approach
Data professionals who want to use AI for complex tasks like analysis and workflow automation
Anyone who works with AI tools on the job and wants to spend less time in back-and-forth conversations
Prerequisites
No prior experience required — this session is open to all levels and job functions
Access to Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini (the session will use Claude, but the framework applies to any AI tool)
This is a live, hands-on session and active participation is expected
