Moving Target
Your dataset contains three years of daily active user (DAU) counts for a mobile game studio, recorded once per day.
Your task is to calculate each month's average daily active users and determine whether it met that month's target.
Each month's DAU should be represented as its average daily value across that month.
A month's target should equal 105% of the average of the previous three monthly DAU values, not including the month itself.
Only evaluate months that have at least three full months of prior history.
