After the analysis of the hotel bookings across many countries from 2015 to 2017, these insights are found.

  • Travel Agents/Tour Operators drive the most bookings (82 %) but have the second lowest conversion rate (59 %).

  • Guess is staying on average 3 days (4 days for Weekend) wih an average daily rate of 102.

  • Hotels should invest more in Direct Channel which account the second channel (12 %) and has the most conversion rate 83 %.
