Pizza Place Sales Dashboard Inspired by the Italian Flag. 🇮🇹

In my recent Power BI project, I delved into the world of a pizza restaurant's sales data, unraveling valuable insights and solving key challenges:

1️- Daily Customer Insights: With Power BI, I answered the pressing question of how many customers visit us each day. I also identified peak hours, helping the restaurant staff optimize their operations for efficiency.

2️- Pizza Order Analysis: I dived deep into the data to understand our typical order composition. This revealed our bestsellers and allowed us to tailor our offerings to customer preferences.

3️- Revenue Analysis: Tracking our financial performance was a breeze with Power BI. I was able to determine how much revenue we generated this year and identify any seasonality in sales trends, helping in financial planning.

4️- Menu Optimization and Promotion Strategy: Leveraging the power of data, I identified underperforming items on the menu and pinpointed opportunities for promotions, ensuring that we serve what our customers love most while maximizing profitability.

By employing Power BI for this project, we not only gained actionable insights but also paved the way for data-driven decision-making in the pizza business. 🍕📊
