Introduction: I embarked on an exciting data analysis project that delves into the realm of airline passenger satisfaction. My dataset comprised feedback from over 120,000 airline passengers, each with a wealth of additional information about their individual experiences. This treasure trove of data included details about the passengers, their specific flights, the nature of their travel, and their evaluations of various factors, such as cleanliness, comfort, service quality, and their overall flight experience.

The Problems I Solved Using Power BI Visualizations:

1. To begin, I sought to understand the overall satisfaction levels among airline passengers. Did these satisfaction scores vary based on the type of customer and the purpose of their travel?
2. A key question I aimed to answer was: What does the customer profile look like for a frequent or repeating airline passenger? By focusing on this segment, I uncovered valuable insights into their preferences and behaviors.
3. An intriguing aspect I explored was the impact of flight distance on customer preferences and flight patterns. Did passengers show varying preferences for different flight distances, and did this influence their satisfaction levels?
4. Lastly, I delved deep into the factors that had the most significant influence on customer satisfaction. I also explored the aspects that led to dissatisfaction among passengers. By identifying these factors, I aimed to provide airlines with insights that could help enhance the passenger experience.

In summary, the "Airline Passenger Satisfaction" project was not just a data analysis endeavor; it was a journey into understanding what truly matters to airline passengers and how airlines can adapt to meet their needs more effectively.
