Using these tables, a dashboard was created to be presented to the leadership team.

Key Insights:

• Resort's cancellation rate and average daily prices, spike during summer months.

• Around $1Millon revenue lost by cancellation.

• Cancellation rate of summer bookings made within 30days of arrival are less despite the higher average daily rate.

Recommendation:

Overbooking same month reservation during summer.
