The penalty curse denies Spain their dream

I found a FIFA Cup penalty shootout dataset on Kaggle since the Maven dataset didn't I include these events, but to take full advantage of current events, I decided to add complementary data by watching and manually registering all penalty shootouts from Qatar as well. Data includes shooting zones, characteristics of players (right/left footed), goalkeeper direction etc.
