The Power BI dashboard highlights the KPIs of interest of the HR department. The visuals presented in the dashboard are: overall employees, attrition, attrition %, active age, average age, department wise attrition, no of employees by age group, job satisfaction rating, education field wise attrition and attrition rate by gender.
