The main objective of the project is to analyze the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey results for the last 9 years and to evaluate whether Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) Survey has been successful in improving the patient overall experience.
My goal is to create incentives for hospitals to improve their quality of care.
After analysing the survey results and correlation between the trends I could find insights that could enhance the overall patient experience.
