HCAHPS Patient Survey dataset Analysis using Power BI

Project Overview: This project aims to leverage Power BI, a powerful business intelligence tool, to analyze the HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) Patient Survey dataset. The goal is to gain actionable insights into the quality of healthcare services provided by hospitals and to visualize this data for effective communication and decision-making.

Objectives:

• Have hospitals' HCAHPS scores improved over the past 9 years?
• What recommendations can you make to hospitals to help them further improve the patient experience?

Project Description:

Through data exploration and visualization, we will delve into various aspects of patient feedback, including demographic segments, hospital performance comparisons, and potential correlations among survey responses. Additionally, we may incorporate optional components such as text analysis and statistical testing to provide a deeper understanding of the dataset.

The end result of this project will be a user-friendly Power BI report that not only presents the findings but also empowers stakeholders to interact with the data, allowing them to make informed decisions and take actions to optimize healthcare services.
