HR Analysis using Power BI

This HR Analysis project, based on data from Kaggle, represents a comprehensive exploration of our organization's human resources data. It encompasses three vital stages: data cleaning, data analysis, and data visualization, all powered by the capabilities of Power BI.

• Data Cleaning: We meticulously cleaned and prepared the dataset, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for analysis.
• Data Analysis: Using Power BI, we applied various DAX functions to gain insights into our workforce. Notable findings include employee satisfaction levels, the distribution of employees by years of service, and the impact of overtime on our workforce.
• Data Visualization: Our project culminated in a series of visually engaging Power BI dashboards. These dashboards provide a snapshot of key HR metrics, including average employee tenure, department-wise employee counts, and more.
