Health Care Report

In this project, I focussed on a clean and modern layout while allowing the user to see the detail if required through tooltips and bookmarks.

The data file provides data Top-Middle-Bottom scores for 10 measures across 9 years on a National level (USA) and for all States. To simplify the analysis, I calculated a Net Satisfaction Score ("NSS"), similar to the Net Promoter Score, as Top Score - Bottom Score. The user still has the option to view the detailed score breakdown when they hover over the NSS charts.

State-wide, the user has the option to view the highest or lowest-performing states for 2023 or the same data in map form. It is clear that the hospital has experienced a downward trend from 2021 - 2023, and a visual is available showing the largest decreases by state.

Finally, the user can select a State to view the 9 year trend.
