The purpose of the dashboard is to offer valuable insights into the sales performance of bicycles. It boasts a user-friendly interface that enables stakeholders to effortlessly and promptly access the necessary information.
Developed on Google Sheets, the dashboard is designed to be updated with new data on a regular basis.. It showcases essential metrics such as average income, gender, age, customer commute, and region, offering users a comprehensive overview of the business's performance. Moreover, it provides dynamic results by allowing users to select specific regions, marital statuses, and educational levels for further analysis.
Following are business insights I have drawn from the data:
We can increase our business share by targeting people who live in Europe and the Pacific region and have a commute distance of 5 miles or less. They are the people who may need a bike.
Since the Middle aged (30-55 y) customers bought more bikes., we can target these people to increase our sales who are willing to pay a premium for a high-quality product.
There are no repeat customers in this data. So we can target those customers for repeat orders to increase our sales, maybe their family members need a bike.
Customers, both male and female, who have an average income below $56k and $53k respectively, demonstrate a higher tendency to forego making a purchase. Therefore, our focus should be on targeting customers who possess a relatively higher average income.
We can target people who are single because their conversion rate to buy is more than married people.
Utilizing the Bike Sales Dashboard, I have gained an unprecedented ability to make decisions backed by data.
I am eagerly seeking your valuable feedback. Kindly share your thoughts by leaving a comment. Your feedback is highly valued and appreciated.
