Metrics:
Total revenue: The sum of total prices of all pizza orders
Average order values: the average amount spent per order, calculated by dividing the total revenue by the total number of orders
total pizzas sold: the sum of quantities of all pizzas sold
total orders: total no. of orders placed
Average pizzas per order: the average number of pizzas sold per order, calculate dividing total number of pizzas sold by total no of orders
Charts:
daily trend for total orders - displays the daily trend of total orders over a specific time period. it will help to identify any pattern in order volume.
hourly trend for total orders - hourly trend for total orders throughout the day..helps to identify peak hours/period of high order.
percentage of sales by pizza category - distribution of sales among diff pizza category.
Key insights derived:
Orders are highest during Fridays/Saturdays
Most Orders are placed during 12-1 pm and 5-8 pm timeframe
Classic category contributes most in sales and total no. of orders.
Large size pizzas contribute to most sales.
Classic deluxe and chicken pizza is the best seller
The Brie care pizza is the worst seller
