Automotive Prescriptive Analytics Dashboard

A dashboard developed for an automotive client that merges traditional operational metrics, as well as AI-powered complexity and sentiment metrics.

This was my first report that required collaboration with our organization's Data Science team. Not only did they create algorithms for complexity and sentiment scoring, but they also used machine learning to create call categories. Adding organization to the client's unstructured call transcripts.
