Organizational Chart

A fun team information project that evolved into a dynamic organizational chart dashboard that is easily replicable to other teams in the organization. It all started with the need to have a template (or dashboard) that introduces new members to the broader organization. Thus the inclusion of personality types. With the entire theme of the report conditionally formatted based on the personality type the selected member has. It then evolved further to include an org chart with drill downs.

This is the first report where I used custom images for navigation. Whether they be for slicers, or for drillthroughs.
