La-Z-Boy Store Traffic Analysis

Traffic had not been tracked with any granularity within my organization. I created an excel workbook with tabs for each of the 19 stores. Using advanced Excel lookup formulas and automation, there is a table within the workbook that aggregates certain information contained within the individual store tables. These tables are linked with store and employee data. Traffic is tracked into 3 primary time bins to track traffic throughout primary points of the day. It leads to the ability to track important KPI's like Close Ratio along with time-intelligence abilities.
