Bike Stores Dashboard

Project Overview:

In this project, I leveraged MySQL, Excel, and Tableau to generate valuable insights and create interactive dashboards. The primary objective was to develop a comprehensive report in the form of a dashboard for the management team, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.

Data:

I worked with a sample dataset representing three Bike Stores located in different US states from 2016 to 2018. The dataset was customized for MySQL by adapting the SQL DDL code for database creation.

Task:

I conducted thorough dataset analysis using SQL, exploring relationships and uncovering valuable insights to inform dashboard creation. Leveraging Tableau and Excel, I designed interactive dashboards showcasing key performance indicators, sales trends, customer segmentation, regional performance, and product analysis.

Result:

The project resulted in the development of comprehensive Tableau and Excel dashboards, providing the management team with valuable insights for strategic planning, performance evaluation, and decision-making.
