Cyclistics financial analysts believe that maximizing annual memberships is the key to future growth. The marketing director believes that a new marketing strategy designed to target casual users has the potential to convert casual riders into members. The Executive Team needs information to make an insightful decision about the future marketing strategy. This project addresses the business question:

How do annual members and casual users use Cyclistic bikes differently?

To answer the business question, metrics were used that measure differences in customer use of the bike sharing system over time. Data was manipulated to yield patterns in customer bike usage, then plotted into various graphs to allow for visualization and interpretation.
