Business Performance Dashboard

A business performance dashboard highlighting KPIs of a trading company. The objective of the work is to make visible the vital aspects of the business to stakeholders and decisionmakers in particular. Pareto Analysis is performed to show that a major part of revenue comes from only few customers and products with an intent to drive attention to top customers and products. Employees' contribution is also shown while also driving attention towards late deliveries where control action may be necessary.
