Unveiling NYC's Airbnb Haven

Discover the world of New York City's Airbnb market through this data visualization project. As part of a case study by the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), I've created an insightful Tableau dashboard that uncovers valuable insights about rentals in the city.

My dashboard features a user-friendly date filter for exploring Airbnb listings over time. A treemap visual provides an instant snapshot of listings by neighborhood, highlighting their relative popularity. Additionally, an interactive map showcases the geographical distribution of listings, offering a visual understanding of different areas.

To dive deeper into the analysis, I've included line visuals for each neighborhood, allowing you to choose and plot different measures of interest. This flexibility empowers you to identify trends and patterns specific to each part of the city.

This project is another demonstration of my learning journey in Tableau and my ability to derive meaningful insights from extensive datasets.
