About this project

The dataset is about 7000 telecom customers and their details. The project is about finding the top factors for the customer churn which can be their age, gender, contract type , number of dependents, living city, or competitor. The reason for every churned customer was analyzed and then the prominent factors were highlighted and suggestions were given to reduce the churn and increase retention rate.
