Northwind Traders Management Dashboard

As part of my role, I have been tasked with building a KPI dashboard for the senior management. Its purpose should be to allow them to quickly understand the company's performance in key areas, including:

• Sales Trends from YoY (Across different categories, cities, and companies)
• Product Performance and how much discount to offer in the product catalog.
• Freight Cost and their trend from YoY

Solution for Northwind Traders:

Having a Diverse range of products gives the company a competitive advantage in the specialty foods market. By implementation of a database system, it will allow for better management of business data. Opportunity for optimization of operations through data-driven decision-making. As we can see increasing competition in the market, and declining sales in certain product categories may indicate a need for product diversification or marketing effort which can risk in rising costs and may impact profitability.

Overall, the dashboard intends to give the members of the Senior Management a promising insight into the business health and make data-driven decisions in much lesser time.
