1. Average price per bedroom

As per the analysis one bedroom apartments being the cheapest at $96,2 and 6 bedroom apartments are the most expensive at $584,8.

2. No of Listing as per bedroom

There were 1811 lisitings for one berdroom apartments being the most popular one and 5 listing for 6 bedroom apartments being the least popular.

3. Price per Zipcode

The most expensive average price per apartment being in the zipcode 98134 at $206.6 (which are mostly oen or two bedroom apartments) and the cheapest average price per apartment being in the zipcode 98125 at $64.7.
