I'm excited to share another progress from my recent project I've been working on with KultureHire using Power BI dashboard that visualizes the career aspirations of Gen Z!
As someone who is always looking to learn new things, I was motivated to create this dashboard as a way to better understand the next generation of workers entering the job market.
The dashboard highlights the most common career goals among Gen Z like and presents the data in an easy-to-understand format.
- Who are all the persons influencing GenZ decisions
- What GenZ think about the higher education outside
- In which team strength GenZ like to work
- What is GenZ's desired career areas based on their aspiration
