The Major insights from the dataset:

·The Average Paid Maternity leave is 10.9 weeks and the Average Paid Paternity leave is 6.6 weeks. The Average Unpaid Maternity leave is 7.3 weeks and the Average Unpaid Paternity leave is 7.7 weeks.

·The Philanthropy Industry provide the highest number of Paid leaves among which the Paid Paternity leave (26 weeks) is higher compared to Paid Maternity leave (22.4 weeks).

· Account Service provide almost equal weeks of Paid and Unpaid Maternity and Paternity leaves that ranges 11.9 – 13.4 weeks.

·The highest Paid Paternity leave (26 weeks) was given by Philanthropy Industry which is approx.50% higher compared to Account Service (13.6 weeks) the second highest Paid Paternity leave.

·The Printing Industry provide the highest Unpaid Maternity Leave (40 weeks) which is more than double the amount of Accounting Service (12.3 weeks) that provides records the second highest number of Unpaid Maternity leave.

·The Printing Industry has 2 weeks of Paid Paternity and Maternity leave and it is the only industry among the group to provide equal number of leave for male and female.

·The industries such as Account Services, Electronics and Consumer Packaged Goods provides almost equal weeks of Unpaid leaves.

·The Hospitality Industry indicates huge difference in Unpaid Paternity and Maternity leave. The Unpaid Paternity leave (29 weeks) is four times the Unpaid Maternity leave (7.09 weeks).

·The Pharmacies and Drugs also shows a great difference. The Average Unpaid Paternity leave 24 weeks which is more than three times the number of Unpaid Maternity leave (7 weeks )
