Maven Family Leave Challenge

The primary goal of creating this dashboard is to come up with recommendations on which industry has the best leave policy, which would help job seekers to get an understanding about how the leave policies look across the industry, with this information a job seeker can choose the industry that best fits their needs.

My observations are

1. Philanthropy industry have the best parental leave policy (22/26 weeks of leave)
2. Printing, Utilities and Legal Services have the least beneficial parental leave policy
3. Out of 1601 companies 53 companies have Zero paid maternity leave
4. Out of 1601 companies 646 companies have Zero paid paternity leave
5. 20 companies provide 52 weeks of paid maternity leave
